Well, it seems that a lot of time has passed away since I wrote you about my Perfect body challenge. Let me guess, you probably think that after a few days of intense training I gave up. Am I right? There would be nothing strange, because it usually happens to most beginners. But this time I’m the exception and I’m really proud of it.
The beginning was not so easy and you probably still remember those unsuccessful attempts to try yoga or to find a great video on YouTube how to get perfect beach body as quickly as possible. Nothing happens so fast. I realized that after a dozen workouts. If you want to get that perfect body, which easily can be found in magazines and on TV, you have to be very stubborn and never give up.
I think, that the first three weeks were the heaviest. It was quite difficult to create the right training program and even harder to bring myself to exercise every day. Gradually I noticed that a healthy food is also very important. Previously I thought that this is just a myth. I don’t follow any special diet, but I greatly reduced the amount of sweets and flour dishes.
I’m doing the exercises already 147 days and slowly coming to my dream body. And now let me tell you more about my workout.
I’m doing the exercises six days per week – four days a complete workout and three days a half workout.
HALF WORKOUT
- Lunges with weights – 70 times.
- Bicycle Crunches – 1117 times.
- Bicycle (only with legs) for low abs – 500 times.
FULL WORKOUT
- Warm-up workout – about 5- 7 min.
- Lunges with weights – 70 times.
- Bicycle Crunches – 1117 times.
- Bicycle (only with legs) for low abs – 1000 times.
- Legs crossing – 70 times.
- Donkey kicks – 50 times each leg.
- Standing glute extensions with weights – 50 times each leg.
- Butt bridges – 100 times.
- Wall sit (back against the wall, knees make roughly a 90-degree angle) – hold 200 seconds 3 times.
- Glute extensions – slow 15 times each leg.
- Inner-thigh squeeze with weights – 77 times.
- Leg crossing with weights – 40 times each leg.
- Metal hula hoop’s rotation – 10 minutes.
